Today in the sword form we reviewed Pushing the Canoe with the Current through Swallow Carries Pieces of Earth in its Beak. We ended the class with a new movement Roc Extends Its Wings. This movement Is a lot like Diagonal Flying.
On Thursday in the sword form we reviewed several movements concentrating on Left and Right Cartwheel and Roc Extends its Wings. We learned a new movement Fishing for the Moon at the Sea Bottom.
